Natasha Langovski is a consultant psychologist that has worked with a number of large organisations, and has a deep understanding of resilience. Natasha developed the Well Being Series for corporates to use scientifically proven strategies to increase well being and build resilience in professionals with stressful jobs. As accounting and finance professions, our positions are usually highly demanding, with pressure from a variety of angles, including ourselves in the pursuit of career goals.

We will explore Natasha's experiences and strategies, including:

  • Identifying well-being issues and acknowledging the challenges you are facing
  • Techniques to build resilience
  • The benefits of being resilient from a health and career perspective
