EXECUTIVE COACHING
This is a more structured coaching service, with booked face-to-face or video conference coaching, initially with 6 sessions booked across three months. This suits an executive or emerging leader who prefers to put time aside in a busy work environment to meet and explore their growth and development with their coach, with a focus on achieving results!
Compared to Co-Pilot, this is a slightly less flexible model, however allows for deeper coaching conversations in each engagement.
