John has more than 20 years experience in organisational development, coaching and consults across multiple industries. His specialities include leadership and team development, performance management, culture transformation and implementing change. Lize McDonald is Head of Client Support at Thomas International Australia, has a master’s degree in Psychology and is a trained Psychologist. Her specialisation is psychological assessments and research.
