GLIN BAYLEY IN VIRTUAL FINANCE WORLD SUMMIT 2019

Glin brings a global career to the table in commercial finance and leadership roles, primarily in the FMCG and retail sectors with brands such as AB World Foods, Twinings, Allied Bakeries, and Coca Cola. This established a melting pot for learning and observing change leadership, both in her own career and through other great leaders.

Currently, Glin is a coach and facilitator with The Outperformer and works on a range of projects focused around her passion for developing a “World Without Masks”. This has lead to the development of her HEART framework for Self-Leadership.

In modern times, with the rate of change and pressure on organisations, we need to adapt at a faster rate than ever. At the same time, empower others to come on this change journey as well.
