Carol leads the Africa Region for The Outperformer, with a dedicated focus on partnering with leaders of high profile organisations on a range of transformational programs to help teams 'outperform'.

Prior to joining our team, Carol has worked on with a wide variety of clients and projects in her time at KPMG and as a finance leader, ranging from the development of a procure to pay solution for a major organisation, the creation of a commodity management tool kit for a high profile financial services group, policy review in government, market research projects and many other assignments. On the back of this, she has built a capability to quickly understand the complex environments of our clients at The Outperformer, and the implication of our work on business performance and culture. 

In growing The Outperformer's footprint in the African market, Carol works with a range of finance leaders on business partnership and cultural change programs, consulting projects and the application of visual influence tools and modelling for decision support.
